The birds have finally found my little fountain

This little one found the home-made bird food that I made!

1 cup  peanut butter

1 cup Crisco

2 cups cornmeal

1 cup flour

1/4 cup flax seed

Common Grackle ~ really unexpected beautiful colors!

The grackle is know to be one of the few birds that will eat stickbugs!

Maybe that's why I haven't been seeing many around!
